Any advice to decrease price or whatever is great, few questions
1. Is the stock cpu cooler fine for overclock?
2. Not sure on the graphics card, is it good, if not suggestion a another with equal or slightly better power
3. I'm planning to air cool or should I do water cooled
4. Is the HAF X good for air cool?
5. The PSU is a bronze is that something to worry about?

    2 MSI is a bit better and less after rebate
    3 You can't afford water cooling nor should you try without a lot of research.
    4 Yes.
    5. No it's fine and will cover the second 7850 should you need it.

  3. Your memory $128 yikes way too expensive get a g.skill 8 gb kit for $50
    Drop that case and pick up a Corsair 500R cheaper
    with the extra money pick up a 7970 or 670
