First time building, need some help

So this is the first time that i'm building a computer, i've got the stuff i want selected but i got a couple of questions about them like,are they compatible?.Will they fit in the case i picked?. Is the psu good enough?. Am i missing anything else? any help would be appreciated

Case: cooler master 690 II ATX mid tower

GPU: HD 6950

PSU: Antec earthwatts 650 green

CPU: i5 2400

RAM: G. Skill x series 8 gb 240 pin DDR3

MOBO: ASUS z77-v

DVD drive:

HDD: Caviar black 500 gb

  1. Switch your CPU to the i5-3450 if you're using Z77. Otherwise most of that looks good. What's your budget?
