I used this program called speedfan to moniter my pc and i need help with it

The program says my pc is 108 degrees but im not sure if anything is dieing or anything is just to dusty a but i do only have one manufacturer fan and two of the same graphics cards : they are a Radeon 9250 Family (yes not x9250)
