Will SATA III hard drive work with SATA II enclosure

Was wondering if you can plug a SATA III HDD into An Enclosure that only supports SATA I and II.

Yes you can. SATA is backwards compatible. Only SSDs really benefit from SATA III anyway, so you won't lose out on any performance either using a SATA II enclosure.
