Im pretty sure thats a bull$hit website, its been quoted as such before here on TH. Itll run it, but it wont be awesome. Its a poorly ported console game. Stay away from that site this guy listed.

Yes your computer will handle GTA IV, at that resolution you will be able to get good framerate, just make sure you have GTA IV and it is updated to the latest versions. gtx 560 can handle gta iv very well.
