How to Uninstal video card drivers?

Hi, i want to go back to a privious version of my as i am noticing bad flickering issues on sims 3 with an ati radeon hd 5700 series, i uninstalled the driver from the device manager but that got rid of my card and in safe mode there were no options for trying to detect my card, so when i downloaded the ati software for drivers, the display drivers were not appearing, how do i do this please?

Go into device manager, right click on your video driver and choose "properties". Under the driver tab there should be a "roll back driver" option. You can also uninstall from Programs and Features, but you might want to first uninstall from Device manager and check "delete driver software".
