Biostar motherboards and RAIDMAX power supplies are dangerous. Replace both of those with something more reliable like Asus/ASRock for the motherboard and SeaSonic for the PSU

Sometimes HDMI will not wake up the monitor. While the machine is running, try turning off the monitor then on again. Probably not the problem, but maybe.

says no signal

If the machine continues to run, but only one beep was heard from the mobo speaker... then it's probably booting ok and the problem is with the video card. Does your video card require an extra power connector, and is it connected? Some monitors require you to manually select the input, is yours set to HDMI?

there wasn't a speaker included in the mobo

If there is another connection available to the monitor rather than HDMI, try that (DVI, D-sub).

already tried another connection vga in fact doesn't work i think it's either the way i put my ram in or the graphics card

Try booting with only one stick of ram in the #1 slot. If that doesn't work, then try the other stick of ram in the #1 slot. What code shows up on the debug LED?

nope still doesn't work maybe if i try taking the graphic card out and putting it back in?
or i put in the wrong slot i put it in the first slot is that right?

I know nothing about you... that's why I had to ask.

Your motherboard's manual tells how to clear the cmos. Usually it requires only moving a tiny jumper over to another pin for a few seconds, then back (while the power is turned-off).

haha alright then can you explain to me how to clear the cmos then friend
