Do I "need" to upgrade my graphics card aswell?

I am getting an Asus sabertooth z77 board and an intel i5-3550 ivy bridge (and a CM Hyper 212 fan), and i was wondering if my BFG Geforce 9800 GTX/GTX+ would be holding me back. I bought the card used for like, $40, but after i got it i was kinda worried that i might need to upgrade it again. I also am running 6 gigs of ram.

Any suggestions?

P.S. I wouldnt mind any suggestions as to better components to upgrade to ather than the ones i have listed above (the MOBO, CPU, and CPU fan) for the same price range.

It is the weakest part in the system but if you "need" to upgrade is dependent on if you "need" to play at higher settings.

6gb of ram? Are you reusing ram? I would suggest the 3570k. And go with a lower board like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131820 IB also gets a bit hotter so might want a better hsf as well.

your 9800 will be holding you back in newer games with dx 11

but it still is an awesome card. if you want to upgrade a 7850 or better would be recommended or GTX 570.

but really a GTX 670 is so sweet.
