Rendering/gaming build

I'm going to be building a new system primarily focused on 3d rendering (3Ds Max etc.) and I was just looking for any tips you guys might have for me.

I've already done a lot of research and this is what I've come up with.

I would appreciate any tips/suggestions you guys might have and remember this is primarily a rendering build but i will probably be doing SOME gaming with it.

Get rid of the H100, get a cooler like the hyper 212 EVO.

Spend the extra money on a better board.

^^^Well i actually already own the H100 and the Caviar Black from a previous build a family member of mine did got the h100 and WD for $100

Both unused BTW he just wasn't going to complete the build after all and gave it to me for $100 as a sort of "gift"
