HAF X USB 3.0

So my HAF X Cooler Master case comes with 2 front USB 3.0 ports, but my X58 motherboard only has USB 2.0 ports. My question is this, if I buy a PCI card that has USB 3.0 ports, both external and internal, would I receive USB 3.0 speeds even though my motherboard only has USB 2.0 ports, and secondly, would I be able to use the USB 3.0 cable that came with the case to hook up the front panel USB 3.0 ports?

Also, is there a particular brand or model of PCI USB 3.0 card that you might recommend?

1.- Yes
2.- Depends on the card you buy. If it comes with "internal front panel connector", then yes, otherwise, no.

No idea; most of them are generic Chinese AFAIK.
