Power supply replacement.

Hello,
Is it safe to upgrade to a power supply that is greater than what you currently have?
example: 350w traded in for 450w

  3. Yes, you can always upgrade and have more power but you don't want to pay extra for wattage you aren't going to use. You can use this website and put in all your information about your system to see the size of the PSU you are going to need.

    just understand the most of the psu calculators overstate the actual wattage needed
