I'm in the middle of a dilema and need help choosing between the Sandy 2500k or Ivy 3570k. I've listed by build below and will be using this for mostly hi-res gaming on my 60" LED TV. I plan to overclock to a mild 4.5Ghz but don't really plan on going any higher.

Corsair Carbide 500R
MSI z77-GD65
EVGA GTX 660Ti 2GB
8GB (2x4) GSkill Ripjaw-X PC3-17000 2133Mhz (Only purchased since it was over 1/2 off on Newegg.)
Samsung 830 series 128GB SSD
Corsair H100 CPU Cooler

Any thoughts and help are greatly appreciated.

the i5 is better in performance but clock to clock the i5 ivy bridge is better just get a good thermal paste like arctic 5 and a good cooler preferably high end air cooler like noctua or low end liquid cooler like corsair or antec
