Hello! I like all of these pieces I have picked. I am willing to change them, but ONLY if they are better and the same price. But onto the real stuff, is this build compatible?

CPU: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=57962&vpn=BX80623I5250...

Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
HDD: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=58402&vpn=WD5000AAKX&m...
ODD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Thanks in advance!

Edit: I don't know if I need to say this as it may or may not have been clear. But I do not need a monitor or OS

You both said the 11 latency was high, so I took maui67's RAM(just because of the color). So I edited my post and put that in it's place. Thank you guys.

Any other advice/input?

Edit: I should state I don't care too much about visuals, but I do care just in case I happen to buy a windowed case/upgrade(for the haf 912) in the future.

For when I decide to overclock my I5, will a coolermaster 212 fit inside my haf 912 with a 200mm fan on the top?
