Better PhysX Card - GT 240 vs 8800GT OC2

Hey guys, I got a question.
Which one of these two video cards would make a better PhysX Card for Better Performance?
a BFG GeForce 8800GT OC2, or an EVGA GeForce GT 240?
I currently am using the 240 at the moment, but I recently stumbled upon my old 8800GT in a closet, and I figured maybe I could put it to good use.
The 8800GT IS a more powerful video card than the 240; Performance Wise, so I just wanna check and see if I replace the 240 with the 8800GT, will I get more performance from the 8800GT being my PhysX Card as opposed to the 240?
My current MAIN GPU is the EVGA GeForce GTX 470 SSC Edition, and FOR NOW, my GT 240 is my active PhysX Card.
What do you guys recommend?

i recommend removing either card and let the 470 use physX itself.
