Need help building gaming rig

CPU: 3750k
GPU: Gtx 680
PSU: This work? Feel free to recommend better.. but keep it cheap.. like cheap as possible.. >.>

MOBO:
I'd like to OC to get maximum FPS and gaming, but i dont really know how to OC by myself.. i guess i could figure it out.. but autoOC mobos loked nice.

I have 16 vengance ram already 4x4, would like a mobo that supports at least that too.

the asrock extreme 4 is an amazing motherboard for the price

i do not know about that cpu heatsink, how about looking at:
Hyper 212 EVO

and stick with western digital or seagate hard drives.

cases . . .meh.

dude-wtf - there's literally tens of posts in the past week who are asking the same exact questions you are - I suggest you read through them and you'll already have all the answers to whatever questions you might come up with!
