Recomend a Wireless Card?

I have been trying to find a good wireless adapter for my desktop build. I prefer PCI, and need a reliable one that is 30 bucks max. 300mps is a must as well. I have seen a few but the reviews are half and half. I just wanted to hear from you guys before I buy anything.
