System help please?

I recently purchased the following,
i5-3570K
P8Z77-M-Pro
1G GTX560 asus
8G Kit 1600 G.Skill Ares
asus U-75HA 750W(80Plus)
Coolermaster HAF RC-912A
I have put it together and now when i try to install my windows xp 32 bit it blue screens as soon as it says "installing windows" i am unsure if the mb is compatible with my windows or i need to purchase a new one?

I question why your installing such an old (as in Microsoft don't even support it anymore old) 32bit OS on a system with 8GB of RAM, and on such a modern machine.
I am not sure why the OS is failing to install, maybe the disc is scratched or the Z77 platform is just incompatible with Win XP.
I would not replace the motherboard to make it work, as then you would have to adjust your whole build and you would be downgrading. Better off just upgrading to Windows 7 64-bit.
