I would look at AMD's Radeon 7750 cards.

1. They can run off lower wattage power supplies like your 430w

2. Most don't require a separate power connection.

3. They are fairly powerful with the latest video card tech

4. They are generally inexpensive ( average $110 USD )

Both AMD and Nvidia cards work with Intel processors.

I would also agree with thrakazog, the 7750 would be an excellent choice for an upgrade. However if you are unable to find one in your location or the price is to high then I would suggest looking towards the 6670 or 6750 from AMD.All offer improved performance over your current card and should work with your current PSU.

If HD 6770 fits inside your budget, it's the best and most powerful card you can get (for that price range).

That's the thing though I don't know what is right for you because I don't know the average price of a card in your location of the world. If you can give us a website to work with we can start giving you a general idea.
