Hey guys i have the Intel® Core™ i3-2120 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz) it has 2 cores and 4 threads and supports hyper threading can someone suggest to me a graphics card that i can buy (best performance) without my CPU bottlenecking my graphics card so i can get best performance when playing my games, I use 1080p monitor as well it is 22 inch

i have 8gb ram
windows 7 64 bit
650w corsair 80+
Motherboard is asus z77 pro it supports PCI E 3.0 16x so crossfire and SLI is good

This would do the job, ultra 1080p is kinda hard for a i3 2120 processor, in multiplayer you will be forced to get down to high level or in some huge 64maps even medium.

an I3-2100 would hardly bottleneck an HD6870, this which is faster would be the last step of your processor before bottlenecking.

If you are going to get a birthday present from your parents you can convicen them, to buy 2 things, lets say... Mom an i5 2400 and dad the Hd7850 and you are going to get your 60fps in battlefield in high and something about 40-45 in ultra

Read this, will help your decision

I would highly recommend a 6870. Sure it's last generation but it offers much more performance for the same price than what's available in the current lineup and because it's older, its drivers are that much more mature. The 6870 is also very capable at playing most modern games w/ Max/high - near max settings up to 1920 x 1080.

I noticed someone has recommended the 7850 and I would advise against it because;

1) it costs almost double that of a 6870
2) It's newer so it's drivers are not as mature

Here is a 6870 vs 7850 Benchmark comparision:

As you can see, it offers very little for the much added price.
