Hi,
I recently bought a new CPU(i5-3570K) and Mobo(Asus P8Z77-V LX2) and also a case(Corsair 400R) to go along with it.
I installed everything yesterday and noticed that core #0 is about 10 degrees hotter than core #3, but at a rather high load the temps of all the cores are pretty much even.
I am using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and the included thermal compound.
So here's my question, can this temp difference cause any harm? and how would you recommend to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Solution
No it won't cause any harm, this just means that either that core is being taxed more than other.

Worst case is your Thermal paste isnt spread properly or you just have one of those weird chips that do that. No harm, if you want to be sure, reapply thermal paste.
