Solution
It's not a problem of graphics card not being powerful enough. It is a problem of graphics card failure. Basically, your graphics card is dying. I'd suggest looking into buying a new one, before this one totally dies and you are unable to use your computer at all.

its on board graphic , in feb 2012 i purchaced my motherboard(asus m5a88-m)
i will replace it as it is in grantee
pls tell me cause of failure so that i dont do any mistake in future

also
nfs the run is most heavy game but that runs fine why?
thx

It's probably not your fault that it broke (unless you spilled something on it :D). Usually these defects come up as a result of a faulty part. The warranty will replace it for you.

Also, just because Need for Speed the Run needs more graphics power, it might not use some instructions on the GPU, and those instructions are that causes memory corruption.

I also just noticed that you were running integrated graphics, so would you mind running a memory test? You can download it from here: www.memtest.org . I am suggesting it because it looks like memory corruption, so it can either be your RAM or your motherboard. Can't really be sure until you test out the former. Run it for at least 2 passes. If at least 1 error pops up - it's your memory.
