Help me check my build specs before I order

Hi,

This is my first PC build. I'll be using it a lot for audio recoding/mixing, normal internet and media stuff but virtually no gaming.
I want it to have pretty decent performance, but stay pretty quiet. Also cheap is good

Here's what I've come up with:

CPU: i5 3450
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H (h77 chipset) Micro-ATX
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile
STORAGE: WD Caviar Blue 500Gb 7200rpm 16MB WD5000AAKX-R
CASE: Silverstone TEMJIN SST-TJ08B-E
PSU: Silverstone SST-ST40F-ES 400W

As I'm tryng to keep the cost of the initial build low, I've got room to add more storage and memory later. I don't plan on doing any overclocking and the on-chip graphics seem to be good enough for me.

Am I about to do something I'll regret or does it look prety good?

Oh yea, I'll be dual booting Windows 7 and Ubuntu.

I've got an old copy of XP, so I should be able to go with the Windows home premium 'upgrade' version, right?

I still haven't started ordering yet (the wife convinced me to hold off for a few weeks) and would love some feedback before I do.
