600W will be more than enough to run the system and give you plenty of wiggle room for overclocking.
If you want to SLI eventually then you'll have to go up around 750W.

Corsair 650W ($60 with $10 coupon code and MIR)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020

PC Power and Cooling 750W ($70 after MIR and $10 coupon code)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703027

Case is a matter of personal preference. Cooler Master 912, and Antec 300 are popular models.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+ is a popular model for the price vs performance. Noctua NH-D14 is more effective but 2x the price.

Im thinking of getting an SSD in the future. If i bought a windows 7- 1PC would i be able to install windows 7 onto the ssd even though i already installed it to the HDD or would i have to clone it from the HDD to the SSD

OEM copies of Win 7 is tied to the Hardware, so technically you need to clone, but if I recall correctly, it only checks the motherboard, so I suppose you don't.

You shouldn't encounter any problems with reinstalling. At worst the program will require a phone activation instead of online. I've done something similar. The main reason for it is to discourage pirating.
