What is that comp for, gaming? If it is, you'd go along with the i5 3570k, because there is no difference with HT enabled, it even slowens some games.
And you don't need 16 GB of RAM, only if you're doing heavy tasks, like 3D designing (I think). If you want to save more money, the Sabertooth is a great board, but if you get the Asrock Z77 Extreme4 you'll get much more bang for the buck and awesome OC potential. The 670 costs 100 bucks less but the performance loss is only 8% and if you grab an aftermarket card you'll get even better performance. I can't complain about anything else, and that cooler is excellent.

pro. nad i have question if i wana change the fans of h100 wich i need to get sp120mm corsair or af120m and i will usse 600t and i want to change to stock 120mm on side to corsair wich one will be better sp or af?

and for hdd wd, seagate . or samsung.

do NOT get a gtx 680 for 3D max or photoshop!
a 570 is much better for the cuda support, the kepler gpus fall short compared to fermi.

the sabertooth is not a workstation board, it is an overpriced gaming board; an asus p8z77-v pro would be a much better motherboard and cheaper.

May want to stick with the corsair fans. Those things are nice and I love how you can color code the rings surrounding the fans with your case. They are just a quality product.
