EVGA GTX 670 reference vs Sapphire 7950 OC edition

Not sure which one to get as I know that non reference runs cooler but 670 is better. The case I have is a CM 690 II Advanced all fans filled with an Intel core i5 2500k. The price for the 670 is £284 which is $444 or the 7950 which is £274 which is $429.
