i have an iball LPE223-400 psu and i wanted to buy a hd 4650 card and i dont want to spend on power supply
other configurations are
pentium 4
1 gb ddr1 ram
80 gb hardisk 7200 rpm
samsung dvd rw drive

i just wanted to know that the card will work or not ?

The power supply will work with your psu.

But seeing that you still have Pentium 4 & DDR1 RAM, I am more concerned about your motherboard. If it does not have PCIe & only have AGP or PCI slot, then you must be careful in selecting the appropriate card.

What is your motherboard brand & model?

I believe he has chosen HD 4650 AGP card, so it will fit.
