[Solved] Power supply cables?

Hello, I'm wondering how difficult it is to use a supermicro motherboard in an IBM OEM chassis. I need to convert the Hotswap redundant PSU cables of an IBM OEM chassis to power up a supermicro motherboard? the IBM has 20 6 6 connectors and and extra 12 rather thin green wires power connector and the cables need to Convert that to 20 8 8. power cables need to also extend length by about 10"

Is there a over the counter power conversion option, or do I have to build my own?. I haven't found a wiring diagram for the M97IP motherboard, so I'm not sure how the 12 earth wires are related or if it even matters and I can connect the earth wires in random groupings?
