using driver sweeper to completely uninstall?
May 28, 2012 10:35:37 AM

Is your monitor connected directly to your graphics card and not the motherboard?

Could you take a screenshot of device manager and upload it to www.imageshack.us (make sure to select not to resize option)?

Something must really be bad - either software problem - fixable by reinstalling windows, or hardware problem - harder to fix, first step would be to reseat the card, and that's what you should do now. Furthermore, if you have a spare hard drive (might be ancient, but should be at least 30 GB in size), I'd try installing windows to it and see whether you can install the drivers there.
