Pc stop functioning when 'Installing Windows' stage

pc stop functioning when 'Installing Windows' stage. nothing can do unless press power button to restart. windows setup also can't continue and unable to complete. just start from the beginning and same happen...please help

How about some hardware specifications and what version of Windows you are trying to install?
