I3 3220 motherboard

I am trying to find a motherboard under $50 for my Intel Core i3-3220 CPU, but pc part picker keeps telling me Some Intel H61 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Ivy Bridge CPUs. Take a look at my build and tell me what you think: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qxJl

Mainboards usually come with the newest bios revision available when they are manufactured and the last BIOS update was on 2011-12-15, so I guess it's safe to buy it.

You may consider ECS B75H2-M3, newegg has it for 51$ right now.

It can take a long time from manufacturing to the actual sale though.
