New Graphic Card Problem

Hello,

I just installed a new graphic card that is Zotac Nvidia GT240 1gb it shows Eb Error on led display on my motherboard

motherboard-INTEL DP55WB
processor- Intel i5

Ram memory-4GB

i have updated my bios and tried and checked my connections properly its still showing Eb please help...there is no monitor display.
