GV-N550WF2-1GI OVERCLOCK

Hello guys,
I need to know if theres any utillity(tool) to tweak voltage on gtx 550 ti version gpu.
I already try using MSI Afrerburner but the software cannot force to unlock the voltage.Voltage can be tweak but after apply the setting it will go to default max factory voltage at 1.10v.
Anysuggesion?please help...
