switch out that PSU for something like this...

PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Or this...

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750M
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

There's various brands and styles of RAM you can get. I'll list a few. Kingston RAM is just bland to me in my opinion. Try this...

G.SKILL Sniper 8GB

You'll want RAM without tall heatspreaders so it doesn't interfere with your heatsink.

Here's a cheaper cpu cooler...

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO

I'd recommend this mobo...

ASRock Z77 Extreme4
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Put all the extra cash you saved from the heatsink and other changes towards a better GPU. Something like this...

GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Or...

GIGABYTE GV-R795WF3-3GD Radeon HD 7950
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Good luck! :)
