I want to get Diablo 3 and people said this is a good graphics card to get but I need to know if this works on a laptop. Please reply If you know

no, you would need a docking bay, and those are extremely pricey. laptop gpus are not meant to be upgraded. they are built into the laptops motherboard. when one needs to upgrade a laptop, it is usually a full upgrade.

Cheers for the help it's just I read that you could do it manually by taking the laptop apart, I guess not then.

whatever website gave you that info really knows nothing. take a step back and think about it for a sec, you would have to take the chip on the laptop mobo off the board plus the chip on the 8800 GToff its board and then find a way to line the pins up but it would be luck if it has the same pinout as the mobile chip you just removed . add to the fact that if you were able to do it it would not work anyway because the chip from the 8800 GT was not designed to run with shared memory like the mobile GPU
