I have a Dell Vostro 200 with motherboard 0CU409 by foxconn. I have looked all over the internet but with no success. I am looking for a processor upgrade, i have an Intel Pentium Dual Core at 1.8GHZ, this is extremely slow, I found another processor, an Intel Pentium Dual core 820 at 2.8GHZ, would this be compatible? Or are all Pentium Dual Cores compatible?

it really depends on the fsb (front side bus) on your motherboard and also the socket type p.s i would upgrade to core2 duo if its compatible to your motherboard its alot faster even at the slower clocks such as 1.8ghz
