Graphic Card Help

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum, but i've always been a fan of Tom's Hardware and the awesome help you guys provide.

To business i'm building my 1st gaming rig, its a borderline budget machine at the moment, i'm on a student budget at the moment.
Also i'd like to do some custom liquid cooling and heavy overclocking in the future.

Case: CM 690 II Advanced
Mobo: MSI (cheap)
CPU: Phenom IIx4 955 | Corsair H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
RAM: DDR3 8GB 1600 Corsair Vengeance
SSD: Crucial 64GB
HDD: 1T
PSU: Themaltake 750watt
GPU: Pending (usd $180 budget)

Questions:
1. Having a hard time finding a ref 6870 is this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102948 ?
2. The 6870 performs a little better than the gtx 560, but which is the better overclocker and which would be the better buy?

I'm also open to suggestions. Thank you for the help its really appreciated

I'd really strongly advice going with Intel and not AMD CPU. In the end, the performance difference is huge. Sandy bridge CPUs overclock like champs as well!

Thanks! and know Sunius... trust me I know,
But i already have all the other stuff, and probably won't get to upgrade till like next year, because i'm saving up for that. This really is a borderline budget build.
So my main concern now is the GPU.

HD 6870 is around on par with GTX 560. I would go with whichever one you find cheaper. Or you can pull your budget up a bit, and get a GTX 560 Ti, which would blow the other two away .
