Solution
The only components that can be safely changed universally in a Laptop are the hard drive(s) and memory. Even then, some laptop manufacturers have taken to soldering SSDs and memory modules directly to the motherboard.

However, most high end laptops can still handle 1 or 2 2.5 inch hard drives (note that 2.5 inch hard drives which require a 12 volt power supply such as the WD Velociraptor will not work in laptops) and 2 to 4 204 pin SODIMM memory modules.

If possible buy a laptop with the bare minimum hard drive and memory configurations and upgrade this with aftermarket components.

Batteries and chargers can sometimes be swapped out with compatible replacement parts but they are not universal and OEM replacement parts are almost...
All Laptop components are OEM and cannot be purchased through retail outlets. Some components can be found used through various ebay stores but that's it.

We also can't help you install OSX on a non-Apple computer as it is against the licence agreement and is considered copy protection.

Batteries and chargers can sometimes be swapped out with compatible replacement parts but they are not universal and OEM replacement parts are almost always better than third party replacement parts. Some internal components may be replaced with identical parts if they are not soldered directly to the motherboard. Many mobile graphics cards use OEM specific firmware, two GPUs of the same model made by different OEMs are not necessarily interchangeable.

Now this are the choices you will find on may boutique build sites ..... WidowPC, falcon Northwest, Sager, XoticPC and many more. If ya look around and ya convince the supplier you have "the juice", you can find all the parts on your own....the chassis will be the hard part as Clevo has taken action against many unauthorized suppliers. Of course, you could try and become one of those.
