$38 for XMS 150 RAM???? is it worth it?

is this worth buying? "MEMORY XMS150 16X64 128MB CAS LATENCY 2 SDRAM CORSAIR BRAND MEMORY USES 128MBIT RAMS" what are 128mbit rams? what about xms150??? i have tbird 1.33 w/aopen ak73 proa baord and will probably do some moderate overclocking. should i just stick with pc 133?
