I'd definitely get the hyper 212 EVO first before an SSD so you don't get the stock intel thermal interface material on your CPU. That and you'll want to overclock your processor as soon as you get it lol

Get a better known and more reliable one, from seasonic or corsair. I'd recommend the X 660 from Seasonic. (Got it and its a beast, the fan is hybrid, not always on)

You should get a WD Caviar Black instead of Blue for your Harddrive.
Get the 212 evo if you will be overclocking your CPU, and just save up and later on get yourself an SSD. Unless you got the money now, a 120gb ssd as bootdrive and for the most used programs would be nice.

Oops, don't know how I missed that one. Yeah you most definitely want a WD Caviar Black if you're going to be buying a traditional HDD.

Right now you can get the Western Digital RE4 WD5003ABYX 500GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive for $80 after using the $20 off promo code EMCNCJC23, ends 7/23.

EDIT: RE4 drives are Western Digital's Enterprise Drives so they are very reliable on top of being fast. Personally, I'd buy an RE4 before a Caviar Black.
