BONIC and Overheating Effects

Hello,
I have a dell XPS 15 l502x, on which I wish to run Bionic so I may run some @home projects, the problem though is when running projects my cpu (i7-2670qm) will reach temperatures in the 85c-100-c range. my mother board will often be even hotter 90c-100c what I’m am asking is if running at these temperatures is bad for the processor and motherboard and will it degrade the components and if so, how.

Also should my computer be running anywhere near this hot even when idle the cpu is running at 54c and the motherboard is running at 60c and Gpu at 44c here are my systems specs:

Those are pretty hot temps.
