When will Intel relase new CPUs?

I am thinking about building a new PC for when I goto college, next year. I was looking at the i7-3770K, however I thought I have a while I could wait and I could get a better Processor. Is there an approximate date when Intel may release a new technology of processors or anything? I tried looking around, but didn't really find anything, and I don't know where to look exactly. Do you think I should wait another year before building the PC, and get a better processor for my money?

I7 3770k is very good and will be good for years to come ivy bridge e will release on lga 2011 socket around next year Q3 haswell on the other. Haswell on the other hand is supposed to be early next year

I haven't really kept up to date with the Haswell CPUs. I believe the mobile versions will be release either in March or April. The desktop CPUs are likely to be released between April and June.

so by the time you are ready to upgrade to intels new Ivy bridge E you will already have a mobo and the 3820 is as good as a 3770k once overclocked a tad.. the 3770k only beats the 3820 by a little bit.
