Any advice/changes I should make? Please no changes that would up the price, only stay the same or decrease, because I do have quite a tight budget. This computer will be used for gaming (Crysis 2, Bf3, Skyrim), and regular computer uses. (it is not for gaming solely.)

Well, if you're not overclocking, the Hyper 212 won't make a big difference. The RAM is a tad expensive. You can get Mushkin or or Corsair or whatever for $45-$40.
