BF3 Not working

Whenever I try to boot up BF3 it comes up with an error saying "Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL (random chinese characters) Error: 0x000000c1

I haven't been able to find a solution online and ea support is only accessible by e-mail (24 hour intervals before the next fricken message)

Already looked at that, don't assume that I didn't google this before hand haha. But anyways, I just re-installed windows and bf3 and it worked. But it didn't affect me really because it was a newly built computer
