Best cooler under 3.5k

hi guys, i am searching for a good cooling solution for my newly asembled gaming pc

my specs are

i5-2500k
asrock z77 pro4 mobo
g.skill ripjawsx 8gb x2
sapphire 7850 1gb

i looked at the deepcool frostwin and cm hyper 412 slim cooler and couldn't decide which is better
please suggest a better option in the price range if available

I don't know how much 3.5k is, but if you wanna invest money in a solid cooling solution, I'd look into Corsair's water cooling series. The H80i and the H100i are VERY good cooling solutions, and their predecessors are known for getting the 8 core Zambezi FX-8150 up at 4.5GHz

and i own a cm elite 431 plus cab

my budget is just 3500 inr for the cooler and the water coolers come at no less than 5000 bucks
