Help with new machine

Hello,

I am building my first PC and would like to use it for one game only "EVE Online" http://eveonline.com.

Also I plan to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks
+ ( VirtualBOX running Linux server for web development testing ).

I cannot order parts from Online shops such as Newegg, ..etc, because of my location so i have selected the parts from my local computer shop.
( both builds cost the same )

Mouse, keyboard, monitor, cd/dvd, wi-fi card not needed.

Please, help me pick the better option for my needs as stated above.

+1 Intel, while the AMD would work the sandy bridge is better and for the $ you'll be spending you want better right?

The ocz 3's sandforce controllers were buggy at release, but have reportedly been fixed through updates. I have a ocz vertex 4 in my machine that has been perfect, so that is up to you, at least you have been informed.
