i have cpu:intel core2duo e7500@2.93,stock cooler,gpu:radeon hd 6570,psu:450watt zebronics,2 gb ram,i want to upgrade it with amd phenom x4 955black edition @3.2,msi 890 gxm-g65,crasair ram 4 gb,,for gaming and problem free and smooth computing,should i upgrade cpu,mbrd,and ram?
can i overclock it?how much with stock cooler,,,my friend told me that e7500 is better than amd 955 be,,as intel gives peace computing,,

your friend is half correct, but i wouldn't say that e7500 is better at all, however it has 2 cores while 955 has 4 cores, and you're saying smooth computing then get core i3 2100 it is even powerful then either. With less money.
