100 % CPU usage - win 8

Hello,
spes:
cpu:i7-3770k
mother board: asus p8z77 m-pro
ram: 8gb
HDD:1 tb
od: windows 8 pro

i hv got 100% usage of my cpu.. but as soon i open taskmanager to check wat is using this much cpu. it instantly drops back to 7-9%.. but again as soon as i close it i get 100% of cpu... i can see this on the desktop gadgets and after some mins due to load i get overheat warning.. i just got this problem 2 days back.. until then no problems.. plz help..
