Hello,
I've had my computer for almost a year now and the Graphics card I had (or so i thought) burned out. It was a AMD Radeon 6950 2GB so i RMA'd it and got a replacement. To my surprise, this one does not turn on either. The fan on it won't turn on, and my computer will not recognize the device. Everything else on my computer works properly. So i am thinking it might be the PSU wiring, but even so it worked fine for months. I am not sure what the problem is.
The parts I have are:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3-B3
CPU: i7-2600k
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6950 - 2GB
PSU: 850 Watt Thermaltake TR2 W0319RU

Do you have apower supply tester or volt meter you can use to test the connections onthe power supply to see if they are actually pushoin out power? Also check to make sure none of the wires are coming out of the back of the connectors being used.
