Best solution

With a "K" model processor you will want to overclock. Get an aftermarket CPU cooler.

A 750w power supply is overkill unless you plan on adding a second graphics card. With 1 card a 500-550w PSU is fine.

Get at least a 128GB SSD. You will thank yourself later when you can actually install Windows and all your programs on it. There have been some amazing price drops and sales lately. A 128GB Samsung 830 has been as low as ~$90. Keep an eye on newegg and deal sites like slickdeals.net and you can find one for cheap.

Make sure you get low profile RAM to fit with an aftermarket CPU cooler. There is low profile Corsair Vengance and any GSkill Ripjaws will also fit. Make sure it's 1.5v RAM.

I love my Antec 1200, nice choice.

As azeem40 said above the HD 7850 is a better choice. Also the GTX 660 will be released in about 3 weeks at the ~$300 price point ( at least that's what everyone is speculating ) and should out perform a GTX 580 as well.
