Code 19

Hello,
The device does not appear in the my computer listing.
I have used the sys restore.. no Joy.
I have used other solutions of uninstalling the device etc but still nop joy.
Used Microsoft support fix centre but still no joy.

What should i do.

Umm, maybe you could say

make/model of your PC or what parts you used to build
Version of windows (win7 64?)
What you were doing when you got "code 19"
What program issued it ?

Woudl this be the message you got? ... Your registry might be corrupted. (Code 19) IF so give this a try http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060

Can you confirm : "I have used the sys restore.. no Joy. " means that you did a format down of your PC and installed all fresh software... if not what does it mean. A fresh SW install should have fixed a code 19 type problem.
